PH – Finance and Admin Executive (6 Months Contract)

Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – PHP 30,000

Role Status: 6-months contract

Job Description:

• Support the preparation and submission of all required corporate filings and compliance documents. 

• Conduct regular compliance reviews with the PH team and Corporate Secretary to ensure all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations are met. 

• Maintain complete and accurate tax files and perform regular tax filing to tax consultant. 

• Organize and maintain company documents, contracts, and records both digital and physical. 

• Manage daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, correspondence, scheduling, and vendor coordination. 

• Ensure timely tax payments by coordinating with the Corporate Secretary and Finance team to avoid penalties. 

• Monitor expenditures, reimbursements, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies. 

• Support and coordinate the hiring process for a qualified local accountant responsible for managing finance and accounting operations. 

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for HR activities, while also assisting the Director and Finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or finance support roles. 

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. 

• Solid understanding of Philippine compliance, Taxation, and accounting practices. 

• Excellent coordination, communication, and timemanagement skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
