Salary Range: IDR6,500,000 – IDR7,500,000
Job Descriptions:
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Processing PO to suppliers.
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- To immediately handle and report any faulty items or inconsistencies with suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Work with the Logistics and Fulfilment team to ensure all stocks are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location promptly.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- 1-3 years experience in purchasing, order management, or merchandising is required.
- Based in Batam (willing to relocate)
- Knowledge in Excel preferably
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, communication, analytical, and research skills.
