SG – Seller Business Development Manager

Job Overview 

The Seller Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting key supplier activities of Eezee through active prospecting and maintaining key supplier relationships. 

Job Interactions & Interface: 

This role interacts with internal staff: BD Buyer Team, Product Information Management Team, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Team.

This role reports to: CCO 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle all inquiries from key suppliers interested in onboarding with Eezee 
  • In partnership with the CCO, maintain mid-level relationships with key suppliers through a series of engagements to support such as Information and data of continuous engagement plan, execution of strategic seller projects, and quarterly reviews 
  • Support the management of Eezee’s order process such as ensuring adequate stock levels of orders by verifying with sellers, and ensuring orders are managed for fulfilment within SLA daily before Logistics/Fulfilment team takes over Is run smoothly while managing the workload between Vendors Account and Order Management Teams
  • Ensure information managed by Vendors Account and Order Management Teams are recorded accurately and up to standards and sent to Product Information Management Team, including but not limited to VIP prices, price fluctuations (e.g. due to raw materials shortage), and lead time fluctuations
  • Support and ensure Seller and Sourcing workflow requirements meet SLAs for our internal clients (Customer Success team, BD/ Buyer team, Enterprise Account team, and Product Information Management Team)
  • Attend joint meetings with buyer team when requested to understand the customer’s requirements and align sellers on the best support to provide 
  • Work closely with sellers to obtain timely information on product showcase or technical bulletin for monthly EDMs to enterprises and/or marketplace 
  • Guide Vendors Account Executives to research Suppliers to find the best products and prices available within a given market 
  • Support any other projects or activities run by Vendors Account Director
