ID – Senior Business Development Executive

Job Overview 

The Senior Sales Executive reports to the BD Manager and is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of Eezee through active prospecting, onboarding small to medium local enterprises and maintaining key buyer relationships. 

Job Interactions & Interface: 

This role interacts with internal staff: Seller , Supply Chain Team, Client Services, Marketing, Tech, and Product Team
This role reports to: BD Manager 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Active prospecting activities through visits to small/medium/ large local enterprises and identifying their purchasing needs or cold calling 
  • Support the growth of SML enterprises as set out by BD Manager’s plan 
  • Maintain relationships with buyers in small and medium local enterprises and to help them to channel their spend into Eezee by working closely and knowing the Buyers’ needs, meeting monthly sales targets
  • Source and maintain relationships with sellers where relevant to fulfil the Buyers’ needs 
  • Create and maintain account plans based off Prospecting lists 
  • Support the Enterprise sales process in partnership with the BD Manager 
  • Manage inbound enquiries and supporting SQL leads from Eezee marketplace 
  • Ensure a continuous emphasis towards growing the Eezee culture through supporting strategic projects and leading by example 
  • Uphold credit compliance policies by ensuring lawful KYC and relevant legality checks are done before every potential partnership or transactions with any Buyers, small, medium or large
  • Maintain and uphold zero fraud or potential late payments on our Account Receivables from all Buyers
