Job Overview
The Vendors Account Executive (Sourcing) is responsible for supporting the supplier activities of Eezee through active prospecting, and maintaining non-key supplier relationships.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts with internal staff: BD Buyer Team, Product Information Management Team, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Team.
This role reports to: Vendors Account Director
Key Responsibilities
- Call suppliers to mitigate no-stock issues as brought up by logistics and fulfilment team
- Conduct on-site product specs clarifications when needed by in partnership with Buyer BD and Product Information Management Team
- Manage ghost supplier listings and pricing as outlined by Vendors Account Director in partnership with Product Information Management team
- At the direction of Vendors Account Director, ensure information is recorded accurately to standards and sent to Product Information Management Team, including, and not limited to: VIP prices, Price fluctuations (e.g. due to raw materials shortage), and Lead time fluctuations
- Ensure Seller and Sourcing workflow requirements meet SLAs for our internal teams (Customer Success team, BD/ Buyer team, Enterprise Account team, and Product Information Management)
- Ongoing research Suppliers to find the best products and prices available within a given market
- Support any other projects or activities run by Vendors Account Director
