The HR Specialist / Executive reports to the HR Head and is responsible for supporting the growth of Eezee’s talent capital through supporting key activities relating to talent acquisition, operations, and management.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts with internal staff: BD Buyer Team, Supply Chain Team, Seller Team, Client Services Team, Tech Team, Product Team, Management
This role reports to: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Head in end-to-end recruitment process for local and regional teams’ hiring needs
- Assist in administering government mandated benefits and compliance processes, as well as company benefit administration
- Maintain, update and manage employee and applicant database
- Manage and keep track of third-party contracts and partnerships, vendor and supplier management relevant to HR
- Assist in resolving and documenting HR grievances, complaints, and violations
- Assist and come up with ideas and strategies for employee engagement activities for PH and regional teams
- Help the HR Manager facilitate Performance Management and Talent Development strategies
- Assist in payroll administration when needed
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years recruitment and HR operations experience
- Familiarity in HRIS, sourcing platforms, Google and MS office tools
- Has good grasp of HR processes and administration
- High sense of integrity, maturity, professional prudence, and diligence in handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented, organized and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and is a self-starter
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-cultural colleagues and environment
- Fast learner and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
- Work experience from a startup is an advantage
