Reporting to Head of Sales, this role increases the productivity or effectiveness of the sales team by reducing friction in the sales process and shortening the customer’s buying cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage Enterprise Projects rollouts, ensuring excellence end to end
- Work with clients on scoping out punchout integration requirements
- Create a delightful onboarding experience for the client by creating and maintaining onboarding material
- Run training and onboarding sessions with the enterprise buyers to drive data-consistent customer behavior
- Coordinate internal resources and ensure inter-department SLAs are met
- Champion sales excellence within Eezee
- Ensuring correct usage of Eezee’s sales CRM
- Account plans for key enterprises
- Maintain and share business data dashboard with sales teams for strategic optimisation
- Leading Indicators – sales pipeline, conversions, etc
- Define data collection points
- Hold functional leads accountable in data collection/ reporting
- Work on strategic ad-hoc projects set out by the team lead
