Job Overview
The Client Service Executive/ Intern and will work closely with our launch team to
understand customer needs, onboard new suppliers and kickstart Eezee eCommerce
product database for Thailand. You will be working directly with our COO and his Launch
team to actualise our MNC Enterprise project rollout.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts with internal staff: Sales, Operations Management
Key Responsibilities
• Engaging traditional suppliers to onboard to Eezee’s Marketplace
• Partner with Eezee’s 3PL partners to setup logistic operations flow
• Spend time at customer sites supporting the external sales teams and gaining an indepth knowledge of customer needs and challenges.
• Identify sales opportunities and work with operations and other teams to deliver.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bilingual Thai-English speaker
• Hustle attitude – willingness to do what it take to get results
• Possesses a growth mindset with a strong desire to continually self-develop
• Curious and innovative, always looking for new and different solutions to customer
needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and customer-focused, understanding the needs of providing high
level of customer service and satisfaction
